We’re very flexible too. We’ll design to meet your exact needs, transport your new home to your site or build onsite as a transportable home (depending on locations) and provide the best construction solution for difficult terrain.

Once all permits are granted, a contract signed and deposit paid, transportable homes are constructed at our sites in Bayswater and Lang Lang in as little as 10 to 12 weeks, depending on the size of the home. So you don’t have to live with months of building disorder and you know exactly what your home will cost.

We’ll advise you to ensure that plans comply with 5-star energy ratings, checking such things as position on site, design, double glazed windows, upgrade of insulation and so on. Legislation passed August 2007 requires that all new homes and units must have a rain water tank or solar hot water service.
