Relocatable park homes (residential homes) are growing in popularity as a lifestyle units choice, particularly for sea changes, tree changes or retirement to that much-loved holiday destination.

With one, two or three bedrooms, and one or two storeys, these homes are beautifully designed for easy living, with hundreds of options in colour schemes and finishes. We can adapt or personalise designs to suit your lifestyle, and add many luxurious fittings, features and finishes such as curtains.

Residential parks homes (relocatable homes) are solidly built and fully transportable. Todd Devine Homes offer many selections of external cladding such as maintenance-free chamferboard, vinyl cladding or blue board render, Weathertex horizontal (rough or smooth) or vertical Weather groove (this looks great with a Colorbond external dado).

You can even choose alternative roof designs to enhance your home, such as gable, Dutch, skillion or hip design.

Residential parks homes (relocatable homes) - Standard specification summary

Todd Devine relocatable park homes or residential parks homes are constructed to comply with the Building Code of Australia, using first quality materials and workmanship. Homes are manufactured at our Bayswater and Lang Lang sites, transported to the park and craned on to the site (subject to suitable access).

Standard designs can be modified to suit your individual or site needs, or to maximise use of a preferred aspect of your home. Specific options may be applicable in some parks, as requested by park owners.

Unless otherwise stated, our standard relocatable park homes or residential parks homes specification includes the following:

  • Frame inspection certificate and compliance plate.
  • Choice of standard painted steel chassis, optional dura gal or LVL timber chassis. This is site and location dependant. Chassis are solid, rigid and easy to install.
  • Crane-in or tow-in options available on our entire cabin range.
  • Generally gable roof design with raked ceiling to living areas in most designs. Option for skillion roof design and curved roof (refer externaloptions).
  • Colorbond roof, gutters and downpipes.
  • Insulation batts and sarking to roof and walls.
  • Low maintenance solid vinyl chamferboard.
  • Powder coated aluminium windows and insect screens.
  • Sliding glass entry door and screen door or solid feature entry door as per design.
  • Flush panel interior doors.
  • 10mm plasterboard wall and ceiling linings throughout.
  • Fully laminated kitchen, stainless steel sink, four burner upright LP gas cooker with range-hood over.
  • Moulded shower (optional tiled) recess with sliding or pivot door.
  • Fan light heater to bathroom.
  • Vanity cabinet, dual flush toilet, laundry tub and/or washing machine, tap sets as per design.
  • Vanity mirror, double towel rail, toilet roll holder.
  • Externally located instantaneous hot water service.
  • Full height sliding or opening door robes as drawn.
  • Electrical installation provides for a generous number of power and light points. Each design includes a nominal allowance for light fittings and smoke alarm.
  • Acrylic external and internal painting throughout with gloss enamel finish to internal doors and trims.
  • Vinyl flooring to wet areas, carpet to bedrooms.

Installation in parks provides for steel supports on concrete pad footings. Finished floor level is approximately 480mm about ground level. Entry to unit comprises two tread built-in steps as standard.

AS MOST PARK OWNERS PREFER THEIR OWN CONTRACTORS, OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF CONNECTING TO POWER, SEWER, WATER SUPPLY OR STORMWATER. ARRANGEMENTS FOR LP GAS SUPPLY ARE BY OWNER.
