Our tourist accommodation cabins and units portfolio has been specially designed to meet the needs of all commercial operators, from caravan parks to modest B&Bs.
We offer a full range of tourist accommodation cabins and tourist accommodation units from small and cosy cabins to generously-sized units, with an exciting range of standard plans that include specially-selected furniture packages. Units can be tailored to your budget, but every unit is cleverly designed to maximise living areas, storage space and functionality
We custom-design too, to your own specifications or to meet the needs of particular sites or aspects.
Our consultants and designers tourist accommodation cabins and tourist accommodation units are also skilled in advising park owners on achieving their 4 and 5-star category ratings, with features such as verandahs, a viewing platform on two-storey units and luxury fittings, fixtures and finishes that create simply beautiful accommodation for the indulgence market. (And yes, we even offer window furnishing options.)

Standard specification summary
Todd Devine transportable homes are constructed to comply with the Building Code of Australia, using first quality materials and workmanship.
Unless otherwise stated, our standard specification includes the following:
- Council documentation, building permit fees, (planning permit by owner), 6.5 year builder’s warranty.
- Homes are constructed at our Bayswater or Lang Lang works, transported to a clear site within 200 km of our works and installed on gal steel columns set in concrete pads as required for Type M soil classification to depth of 600mm. Allowances provide for offloading by crane.
- Homes will be constructed to our standard specifications which includes LVL timber sub frame, 'Hbeam' timber 'silent floor' system, sheet flooring, 70mm timber wall framing and roof trusses.
- In compliance with our specifications we have allowed for waterproof and termite proof sheet flooring, treated floor system and standard wall framing throughout.
- Supervision, frame inspection at works.
- 13.5 deg. gable roof design with raked ceilings in all living areas, level ceilings in bedrooms and bathrooms
- Lined gable end eaves as per plan.
- Colorbond roof over reflective foil, gutters and downpipes.
- R3.0 insulation batts to ceiling and R1.5 batts to external walls.
- Powder coated aluminium sliding door with insect screen door.
- Powder coated aluminium sliding windows with insect screens.
- Vinyl cladding to all external walls fixed horizontally (optional upgrades available).
- Feature entry door and flush panel door to laundry.
- Flush panel paint grade internal doors.
- Plasterboard ceiling and wall lining with standard 55mm coved cornice.
- Fully laminated kitchen with post formed bench tops, set of four drawers, base and wall cabinets, pantry as per plan, provision only for 600mm wide refrigerator and dishwasher.
- Stainless steel 1 1/3 bowl sink with mixer tap.
- Standard electric upright cooker with 600 recirculating rangehood (optional upgrades available).
- Bathroom fittings include preformed shower base and pivot shower screen door as per plan, vanity cabinet with semi-recessed basin, dual flush toilet and toilet roll holder.
- Laundry tub and provision for washing machine as per plan.
- Mirrors over vanities and double towel rail.
- Quality vinyl flooring to wet areas and kitchen (optional upgrade available).
- Ceramic wall tiles to 2000mm over shower, one row over vanity,two rows over laundry tub, to 600mm over kitchen benchtops.
- 250 litre electric hot water service.
- Full height vinyl faced sliding door robes to bedrooms complete with whiteboard top shelf and rail.
- Electrical installation provides for generous number of power and light points, smoke detector/s and TV point. Light points fitted off with batten holders only. Fan/light/heater to bathrooms.
- Two sets of two tread treated pine entry steps (left unpainted).
- External acrylic painting to fascia and barge and verandah framing (if applicable).
- Interior acrylic painting to walls and ceilings throughout with gloss enamel finish to internal doors and trims.
- Two rows of treated pine baseboards (left unpainted).
- No allowance has been made for the following: connection of services or hot water service on site, Colorbond fencing, clothes line, concrete paving, lock up garage or any other site works.
