On average, construction of a standard design granny flat takes between 12-14 weeks, depending on weather factors and site conditions. Your site supervisor will let you know of updates on the project’s timeline. If you’ve engaged Todd Devine Homes to complete your connection of services, the connection of water, electricity, stormwater & sewerage will be completed during this stage also.
