About Lifestyle Communities
Lifestyle Communities build luxurious affordable communities for over 50s. Each community provides a range of stunning new homes and comes with free access to resort amenities such including a homeowners’ clubhouse, indoor pool, gymnasium, bowling green, cinema, workshop and more.
Since 2007 Todd Devine Homes have built over 700 homes for Lifestyle Communities across Victoria. Each home is appointed with quality fixtures and fittings, and creates stunning streetscapes homeowners are proud of.

Lifestyle Hastings
Our contribution to the Lifestyle Hastings Project, while it was no easy feat, brings great joy to the Todd Devine Homes Team. To partner with a ground-breaking name in the lifestyle retirement living industry is truly fulfilling and experience enriching. We have always been a company that strives to provide retirees with high quality homes that meet their individual needs as they transition to independent living. Lifestyle Communities share this same vision and we are thrilled to continue to work with them for more projects. We set our eyes to the future, building more villages with the same, if not higher, level of care as the last, brick by brick.
To receive amazing feedback from Lifestyle Communities’ Managing Director Mr. James Kelly, is the icing to our cake. In Lifestyle Hastings, we have worked on the land development up until the final build of the homes for the residents. We made sure that the structures meet the specification of our partner establishment without losing sight of our signature style of home design. On top of the construction activities, we provide project supervision services to ensure we are consistent and on-track in terms of timelines.
The streetscape is another section of the community that we had the opportunity to develop. It added another layer of character to the village, which rounded out the look of the area that is to become the new home of our beloved retirees.
