With 35 years’ experience, Todd is a veteran of the building industry. A qualified carpenter and registered builder for 27 years, he brings extensive expertise to the process of home building and business management. With his innovative approach to design and construction, Todd is recognised as a true pioneer within the transportable home industry. When he is not busy creating beautiful homes for his customers, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, water-skiing at Lake Eildon.
With a passion for numbers, Carmela joined the team in 2017 bringing with her a degree in Commerce and in excess of 25 years Accounting experience from a variety of industries. She enjoys researching and implementing improved systems and processes within the company. In her spare time, Carmela loves spending time with her family, exercising, travelling and catching up with friends.
Craig is our token immigrant Kiwi in the team. After attaining a new Zealand certificate in Quantity Surveying, he has worked in the manufacturing or building industry for 30 years. Craig has a very good knowledge of the “Databuild” building software package, as well as a general knowledge of computers. He also has experience in different manufacturing theories and cultures, to compliment his estimating background. Craig enjoys spending time on his motor bike exploring Victoria, car racing and he also travels back to NZ as often as work allows, to spend time with his children and family.
As an Architect and designer, with 20 years experience in the industry, Nina brings a broad knowledge base from various portfolios such as; Aviation, Retail, Commercial and Residential design. Nina has an eye for design and planning and takes pride in producing functional designs for clients. A passion for design in general, Nina dabbles in other fields in her spare time from graphic design, to furniture design – well that’s when she’s not busy gardening or running a mile.
Joining Craig in the estimating team is Michelle. Prior to joining the Todd Devine Homes team in 2014, Michelle had enjoyed many years in customer service before venturing into the construction industry 4 years ago. In her spare time, Michelle likes to get outdoors enjoying different activities and also has a keen interest in up cycling old furniture & items! She is very family focused, so enjoys spending time & having fun with family and friends whenever possible.
Motivated with a high attention to detail, Ashlee has been a key member of our sales team at Todd Devine Homes for over 3 years. Genuine and reliable, Ashlee believes consistency is key and always takes her time to follow up with her clients. Ashlee’s positivity, willingness to help and ability to engage with her clients to understand their needs resonates with her clients and always results in receiving positive feedback. Away from the office, Ashlee is often travelling, keeping active and spending time with friend and family.
Assisting part time in Accounts is Monique, who has had a support role in the Building industry for 10 years now. Prior to this, Monique spent many years in the education sector as a teacher. Monique is enjoying new found freedom with her children getting older and likes to keep active by swimming & cycling, and exploring parts of Victoria chasing good food, wine and beautiful destinations.
Michael began working in the construction industry at the age of 20 and quickly found his passion for estimating. Nine years later, he has found himself at Todd Devine Homes after working for both local high end residential builders and multimillion dollar developers, gaining profound knowledge in the estimating world along the way. In his spare time, Michael and his wife enjoy building and renovating properties for sale and spending time with his two young children.
