Once you’ve made a final decision on the design, we’ll put together a written quote for construction and installation of your home. We’ll send the quote out to you and one of our friendly staff will follow up to discuss all the items outlined. They’ll be able to answer any questions you may have in relation to pricing and inclusions.
You’ll be happy to know that Todd Devine Homes include many features as standard that other companies charge extra for, so this is where our value shines through.
When you’re happy with the quote, all you have to do is put down a $1,000 preliminary deposit* to get things underway. We’ll then organise the site inspection and soil testing as well as request property information from your council. These can sometimes affect the final price. Once we have all the relevant information, we can determine if there will be any additional site costs. We will then send you a written cost breakdown for your approval.
If council planning approval is required, you will also need to pay the planning application fee* upfront and wait for a response from council. That can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, or longer. Once approval is received, a partial credit for the working drawings will be applied to the contract total.
