Todd Devine Home (TDH) is currently construction the homes on our park in Warragul. The park consists of 180 homes and will be built over a period of 3 years. TDH have been involved since the start of the project providing the following services:
•Assisting in the design of the homes to ensure that we achieved a product that met the market and was also affordable.
•Full cost estimating and cost planning of the homes and to also look at ways that we could add better value.
•Project Management of the site set up to ensure the build ability of the homes and that the homes were located in a logical sequence.
•Construction of the homes to agreed designs, cost plans and programme.
•Handover and management of the 3 month maintenance programme.
To date TDH have exceeded expectations with carrying out the above. The homes have come in on budget; have been completed on time and to a very high standard. Warraul has the lowest level of defects of all our projects in the month maintenance period which is a credit to TDH.
Their project management of the site is also to a very high standard and they have managed the day to day interface between the homes under construction and the completed homes with customers living in them.
I have no hesitation in recommending TDH for similar projects and would be happy to provide a more detailed verbal reference.

I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law to tell you how thrilled she is with her new unit. She is really impressed with the quality, loves how it looks inside and out and was touched by the thoughtful gift that was left for her.

It was refreshing to deal with a company that was so obliging and professional. Your assistance throughout has made the transition for mum and the family much easier.

We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff at Todd Devine Homes for building our dream home. In 2007 we purchased the block of land in Warburton and had an environmentally friendly home designed for difficult site. However, the north facing aspect and a wonderful view compensated. After nearly two years of working with the designers and the council we had our plans approved. But, we could not find anyone to build the home for the money we had available. We had given up on the idea and approached Todd Devine to look at putting one of their small transportable homes on the site. You met with us on site and we explained what we really wanted. You looked at our plans and were able to think outside the square and said you and the Todd Devine team could build our distinctively designed home for our budget with some alterations to the plans.
James them went to work on redesigning the home, keeping all the features we had wanted but offering changes that saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Todd Devine Homes then had all the new plans approved by council and we signed off of the plans and the quote. We were very pleased to have a fully itemised quote and completion date so there were no surprised that would affect our tight budget.
A number of problems arose along the project, mainly caused by the site conditions and bad weather. However, you and the Todd Devine team worked very hard to keep the project moving and we were keep informed of problems and could work with the team to find solutions.
We moved into our new house in December 2011 and now have a wonderful home that is warm in winter, cool in summer, low maintenance and visually unique, with a small environmental foot print. We would highly recommend Todd Devine homes to build any home anywhere.

Your staff are truly an asset to you. We had nothing but great assistance since the commencement of the project.

- James who had to redesign a few things for the unit to fit on our block and apply to council for the dispensations, then for some alterations inside the unit to suit mum’s needs.
- Scott for his friendly and professional service with the supervision of the building of the unit. He has a great eye for detail and ensured that the unit was finished to a high standard.

My wife and I would like to express our satisfaction and confidence with your staff who provided advice, undertook teasing out our ideas’ and developed our ideas into the final design, development and the eventual construction of our new house in Grantville. This was the first time we have built a new home and we approached this task with some interpretation as we had heard so many horror stories associated with the building of a new home.
We are pleased to say this has not been our experience with your firm and staff. From the very beginning your staff instilled a feeling of confidence with their friendly professional approach and can do attitude in all phases of the building of our new home. It goes without saying the amazement we have witnessed in the speed of construction; i.e. continuity on the work site caused by the logistical coordination of trades persons and materials ensuring no delays in the erection of the house. The implementing and overseeing was exemplary. We are constantly being approached with glowing reports on how surprised people are with the speed and progress of the construction from stumps, floor, framing cladding to roofing etc.
We are so pleased of our decision to have your firm undertake the construction of our home, you have provided us with a quality housing package. As senior citizens, we are thankful to you and your staff for taking all the worry and stress out of the building process.
